This comprehensive renovation project in Sitges is a clear example of how, at Sanblanch, no detail is left to chance. From replacing pipes and electrical systems to creating new spaces, our team handled every aspect with precision and planning.

One of the project’s highlights was dividing the original single bathroom — which included both a bathtub and a shower — into two independent bathrooms. This solution proved especially practical for the family, who have two children and needed greater functionality in their daily life.

We also built the new swimming pool, installed entirely new turf, and completed full waterproofing using a next-generation reinforced membrane. Additionally, we installed a fireplace — previously nonexistent — seamlessly integrating it into the home’s design.
