How it all began
The story of SanBlanch has a name: Fran Santos, founder and driving force of the company. He started in construction at the age of 16 and was already managing major projects by the age of 20, before launching his own business in 2021.
All this experience made him realize that the market needed more than traditional renovations: an approach that fused the creativity of interior design with the precision of construction. He began with small family projects in the area, which gradually grew thanks to his eye for detail, commitment to deadlines, and the trust he built with every client. Hoy, acompañado de un equipo multidisciplinar que comparte su misma pasión, SanBlanch se ha consolidado como un referente en reformas integrales de alto nivel, especialmente en cocinas, baños y espacios habitacionales.
Evolution and goals
Since its beginnings, Sanblanch has grown thanks to a clear vision: to coordinate and manage projects comprehensively, always surrounding itself with the best professionals for each specialty. This model has allowed us to move from small local renovations to large-scale projects in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sitges, Sant Pere de Ribes, and Barcelona, always maintaining the same hallmark of quality and close attention.
Today, our mission remains the same: to create homes that combine design, comfort, and technology with a Mediterranean character—always with an eye on the future. Our short- and medium-term goals include:
